If you intend travelling from London, the best option is to fly from London City airport to Dundee, then pick up a hire car. From elsewhere in the south-east, fly to Aberdeen airport and collect a car there.

Arriving in Montrose, head for the town centre. From the north, look for the roundabout where the town centre bypass bears left.
